About us

Our factory was founded in 1945 as a mechanical repair plant for the repair of trucks. After a strong earthquake in 1966, the plant was repurposed and began to produce steel construction and lifting equipment for the needs of civil and industrial construction.
After the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the subsequent privatization, a new stage in the history of our plant began.

The full technological cycle of machine production

The plant has its own design bureau for the independent development of projects and working drawings of new types of special equipment in accordance with the latest global trends in the development of the industry.

Our company has a full technological cycle of machine production, which includes:

• creation of 3D models of projects, working and detailed drawings;
• tooling development and production;
• production of metal structures and mechanical components;
• assembly of equipment on basic chassis;
• factory tests;
• certification of finished products.

Production stages

Engineering & Technical Preparation

At this stage, design documentation is developed or adapted, technical specifications are finalized, and production processes are defined. Engineering solutions are validated before production begins.

Metal Fabrication

Steel structures and load-bearing components are manufactured in-house. This includes cutting, forming, and preparation of structural elements according to approved drawings.

ASSEMBLY AND WELDING OF STRUCTURES

Structural assembly is carried out using specialized fixtures and positioning systems.

Welding operations are performed by qualified personnel utilizing welding manipulators and advanced equipment.

All structural units are inspected for dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.

Mechanical Machining (CNC)

Precision machining of components is carried out using CNC equipment to ensure compliance with dimensional tolerances and technical requirements.

Surface Treatment & Painting

Components and assemblies undergo surface preparation, anti-corrosion treatment, and industrial painting to ensure durability under demanding operating conditions.

System Integration

Hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems are installed and integrated. All systems are assembled according to technical specifications and verified for compatibility.

Final Assembly

All assemblies are combined into a complete vehicle or machine. Functional alignment and installation quality are checked before testing.

Testing & Quality Control

Finished products undergo functional testing, safety checks, and quality inspections. Compliance with technical and regulatory requirements is confirmed.

Final Acceptance & Delivery

After successful inspection and acceptance, the product is prepared for delivery to the customer, including documentation and certification where required.

After-Sales Support

KRANTAS provides ongoing service support, spare parts, and technical assistance throughout the operational lifecycle of the equipment.
