Career at Krantas

KRANTAS LLC is one of the leading industrial manufacturers in the Republic of Uzbekistan, specializing in the production of modern specialized vehicles and equipment for construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The company operates a full-cycle manufacturing facility — from engineering and metal fabrication to assembly, testing, and delivery of finished equipment.

Due to the expansion of production capacity and an increasing order portfolio, KRANTAS invites qualified technical specialists to join its manufacturing team. At KRANTAS, we value professionalism, technical competence, and a responsible approach to work. We offer stable employment in a modern industrial environment and opportunities for long-term professional development.

Professionals of Krantas

Sergey Konstantinovich Petrov, Deputy Director for Production at Krantas, has been with the company for more than 50 years. He joined the enterprise in 1972 as a young specialist after graduating from the Frunze Polytechnic Institute. Since then, Krantas has grown from an experimental plant into a modern manufacturer of lifting and special-purpose equipment.

Krantas consistently invests in advanced technologies, including CNC machinery, while preserving its core values — responsibility, engineering discipline, and respect for the profession. The launch of complex equipment into production is always based on experience, teamwork, and strong leadership.

Knowledge transfer is part of everyday work at Krantas. Through mentorship and personal involvement, experienced professionals help young specialists grow and build long-term careers.

The key value of Krantas is responsibility for results — a principle that defines the company as a stable and reliable employer

Komil Khaitmatov — 45 Years with Krantas Group

Mr. Komil Khaitmatov is an assembly technician in the truck crane workshop and one of the longest-serving employees at Krantas Group. He joined the enterprise in 1980, when it was still known as the Tashkent Experimental Mechanical Plant (TOEMZ), and has been part of every major stage of its transformation.

He began his career as a driver in the supply department and later worked as a KamAZ truck driver during the challenging years of the 1990s. As the company expanded from metal structures into truck cranes and special-purpose equipment, Komil grew alongside it.

Over the years, he earned professional driver certifications, mastered crane assembly, and became a key member of the team assembling cranes with capacities of 16 to 60 tons. He actively shares his experience with young specialists and values teamwork and mutual respect.

When asked what keeps him at the company, Komil quotes an Uzbek proverb:
“A tree grows where it is rooted.”

Elvira’s Story — A Third-Generation Member of Krantas Group

Elvira is an overhead crane operator with more than ten years of experience at Krantas Group. She joined the company driven by a genuine interest in heavy machinery and a desire to master a profession that requires responsibility, precision, and focus. Today, she confidently operates overhead cranes, performing tasks that directly affect production efficiency and workplace safety.

Over the years, Elvira has developed a deep understanding of her equipment — from sensing its movement and load behavior to working accurately in various operating conditions. She takes pride in seeing the results of her work and knowing that her role contributes to the overall quality of production.

Elvira represents a true third-generation legacy at Krantas Group. Her parents, grandparents, and brothers all worked at the same factory. Her father spent nearly 40 years as a painter, her mother worked as a crane operator for 37 years, and her brothers were welders. From an early age, she absorbed the values they shared — respect for work, responsibility, and dedication.

She is proud to be part of a company whose story is closely intertwined with her own family’s history.
